Beta terms

Short and plain: by using the Kwil beta you agree to the points below.

It's a beta

Kwil is an early, invite-only test run by one person. Features can change, break or disappear, and conversations could be lost. Don't rely on it for anything important, such as the only copy of an appointment.

As is, no warranty

The service is provided as is, without any warranty. Claude can get things wrong: check important details, especially dates and times, before you act on them. To the extent the law allows, the person running the beta is not responsible for losses from using it.

Your API key and costs

You use your own Anthropic API key, and what you use is billed to your Anthropic account under Anthropic's terms. You can set spending limits in the Anthropic Console, and delete or rotate the key there at any time.

Acceptable use

• Follow Anthropic's usage policies, which apply to your key.
• Use only accounts that are yours (your calendar, your Notion).
• Don't use it for anything illegal or to harm, harass or spam others.
• Don't try to break into the server, get around its limits, or reach other people's data.
• Your invite is for you: don't share it.

Ending

You can stop at any time. You can download your data and delete your account yourself in Settings, or ask for your data to be deleted (see the privacy notice). The beta can also end, or an account be removed, at any time, for example when these terms are broken or the beta closes. Where possible you'll get notice first.
